KCS Birmingham City Apartment with Balcony/Parking

Positive: Lovely apartment in a great location. Close to O2 Academy, Chinatown, Broadway Street and Brindleyplace. Negative: One of the residents in the apartment block was playing loud music until 0430 so didn't have the best sleep!

Birmingham apartment Positive: Location Ease of picking up keys Secure parking Comfy beds Kitchen very well equipped Negative: Bath plug didn't work No dishwasher tablets No washing up liquid Instructions did not make it clear that the key fob opened the gates to the car park, we had to contact the owner to clarify this Access to balcony not possible We couldn't get coffee machine to work Strange smell in corridor

Nice apartment in Birmingham Positive: Very spacious and clean, comfortable and very close to city centre. Negative: The check in was a pain, picking the keys up from a secondary location and then returning them on check out.

Very impressed with the apartment, location, parking and safety of the building. Positive: Spacious, warm, clean good location. Negative: Few faults, shower door was broken in main bathroom. On-suite shower broken, bath panel loose. No access to balcony from living room as door screwed shut.

Positive: The easiest and best stay we have had,so close to everything and very spacious:) Negative: Everything
