Excellent flat.
Positive: Excellent value, superb location and very well equipped. Brilliant.
Negative: The mattress has had its day and needs replacing.

Overall a good stay and hassle-free.
Positive: Comfortable apartment in a good location and private free parking.
Negative: Instructions for coffee maker and ventilation system were needed. (We didn't try using the heating or other appliances.)

Great stay! Would return here if I needed to visit birmingham again.
Positive: Clean, tidy, plenty of room. Would highly recommend.
Near city centre.
Negative: Trying to get into the building by foot and out again. Got lost, lots of stairs to climb as lifts weren't working.
