KCS Broad Street Apartment Birmingham

Great stay! Would return here if I needed to visit birmingham again. Positive: Clean, tidy, plenty of room. Would highly recommend. Near city centre. Negative: Trying to get into the building by foot and out again. Got lost, lots of stairs to climb as lifts weren't working.

Positive: The flat was in a great location for our needs at the end of broad street. Chris, the host, was very attentive and was on hand to speak whenever we needed to. Negative: Lifts were out of use but that is not the fault of the host!

Going up the carpark swirly ramp was scary as our car was big. We enjoyed entire stay, very clean.

Can't fault it Positive: The location of this apartment was fantastic. So easy to get to by car and provided secure parking. We arrived early, so parked prior to check in in public part of the car park then moved to secure paru after receiving keys. The apartment was within 10 minutes walk to the Utilita arena, bars, restaurants, cinema, Tesco express, Sainsbury's local and 20 minutes walk from the Bullring. The tram stop was couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was fab. Extremely clean and well equipped. Although we didn't use , these included washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There was minimal noise from the other apartments in the block. We had a good night's sleep in the extremely comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again ! Negative: If I had to be picky, the windows could fo with black out blinds or curtains

Fantastic location, great apartment. Positive: 3 of us had a fantastic stay. Chris was great at replying to messages.. The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely. Really clean with everything you'd need for a self-catering apartment. The receptionist on arrival wasn't the most helpful and seemed grumpy, but the guy on check out was great. Had to collect the key from another location, but it was only a 5 minute walk, so no problem for us. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'd definitely stay again next time we visit Birmingham.
