KCS Luxury Apartment – Broad Street Birmingham

Lovely Positive: The apartment was immaculate and close to all the am entities. Negative: My only disappointment was that there was not a spare toilet roll in the apartment and we ran out, luckily I had some tissues on me.

Good, well equipped apartment. Positive: Well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. Good base to where I needed to be. Easy to find the building. Good communication with the host. Very responsive. Negative: The lift was broken in the apartment building, which meant I had to find another one further away from my apartment. Tricky with suitcases.

Amazing location and Space but bad Smell Positive: The space and location very on point. Negative: 9-11 Oct that I was there there was a strong smell of smoke(cigarettes) in the house which just ruined the whole atmosphere. I suggest they figure out a way the air the place(i understand the windows dont open) but that really made my stay bad.

It was an amazing stay, would recommend and would stay there again Positive: Property big a spacious. Easy instructions to check in and get the keys and check out. There’s loads of shops around and very accessible Negative: The lift was out of service, which obviously wasn’t a big thing because it was just broken when we booked. As we were on the third floor walking up and down the stairs was long at times but you get used to it
