Excellent, clean apartment, comfy bed and parking.
Positive: Location was excellent as going to the Utilitia Arena. 15 minute walk away.

Great place for a short stay in Birmingham
Positive: Excellent location for access to Utilita Arena - just a short walk away.
Great set of instructions from owner and no problems at all. Well appointed apartment with all that we needed.

Smelled of cigarettes and weed
Positive: Location, quiet
Negative: Horrible smell of cigarettes and weed, and we couldn’t open the windows so the host apologised but said nothing could be done. Also very hot, and again couldn’t open the windows and no AC - there were a couple of fans but barely helped.

Superb appartement and location
Positive: Excellent appartement, spotless and good facilities, especially the rooftop parking and the size of the rooms. Only 15 mins walk to the centre ànd restaurants and bars
