Positive: Comfy bed, ok for a couple of nights stay. Nice beds were made and towels left. Negative: Couldn't cook anything in the oven as no trays to use, felt bare could be made more homely. Garden looked awful could do with some work and somewhere to sit.

Birmingham stay Positive: Beds were comfortable and good train service locally for Birmingham Negative: The garden was not usable or safe as a lot of rubbish and broken concrete plus loose bricks. There were also broken/loose parts in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower was difficult to regulate. Do not think it was safe to have back door locked in kitchen for fire safety Smell.of.damp.in house due to leaking washing machine
